1. The short version

This site sets no non-essential cookies and runs no behavioural tracking, which is why there is no cookie banner to click. We collect the minimum needed to run this website and answer your messages. We do not sell your personal data for advertising, and we do not share it with advertising partners.

2. What this website collects

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless, aggregate page-view metrics (no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no persistent identifiers).
  • Server logs at Cloudflare: standard, short-lived operational logs (IP, request, user agent) used for security and delivery.

No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session replay.

3. The contact form

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA). What you submit (name, email, subject, message) is emailed to us (delivered via Resend) and used only to reply. It is not added to any marketing list.

4. What this policy does not cover

This policy covers this website only. Software is not sold here and licenses are not managed here; both happen on the product's own website. The following are the subject of the documents published there, not of this policy:

  • Purchases: payment, billing and invoicing are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, and Paddle is the controller for checkout data. See the Paddle privacy policy.
  • License activation and your use of the software: covered by that product's own privacy documents and its end-user license agreement (EULA).

5. Email

From this website we email you only to reply to the message you send through the contact form. You are not added to any marketing list; there is no newsletter to subscribe to here. Email about a purchase or a license comes from the product's own site and from Paddle.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR in the EU/EEA, KVKK in Türkiye, and equivalents), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Write to info@radarwfp.com; we answer data requests within the statutory deadline.

7. KVKK and GDPR notice

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, for residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the data controller for this website (https://radarwfp.com) is Bilge Can Gürer. This notice covers this website only. Product purchases and licensing take place on each product's own site and through Paddle, and are described there.

  • What is processed, and why: the name, email, subject and message you send through the contact form, to answer you; a Cloudflare Turnstile check to keep automated submissions out of the form; and cookieless, aggregate measurement of how the site is used. This site sets no cookies and does not profile you.
  • Legal basis: for the contact form, taking steps at your request (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6/1-b); for the security check and aggregate measurement, legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6/1-f).
  • Recipients: form messages reach us as email through Resend; hosting, the security check and aggregate measurement are provided by Cloudflare. These providers may process data on servers outside your country.
  • Retention: form messages are kept until your request is resolved and the correspondence around it is complete; aggregate measurement data is not linked to your identity.
  • Your rights: to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing and, under GDPR, to receive it in a portable form. Write to info@radarwfp.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or, under GDPR, with the data protection authority of the country where you live.
