What to include

  • Which product and version (Help → About shows it).
  • Your operating system and version.
  • What you did, what you expected, what happened instead.
  • A screenshot or the exact error text, if there is one.
Never send your full license key in a first email. The last 4–6 characters are enough for us to find your license. We will never ask for the full key by email.

Response expectations

We answer within one business day, usually faster. Complex issues get an honest "we're investigating" rather than silence.
