Refund Policy

1. The short version

Our software is digital content delivered instantly. Purchases are non-refundable by default, except where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to you. All purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, and refunds are decided and processed within Paddle's framework.

2. Instant delivery & the withdrawal waiver

When you buy, the software and your license are delivered or made available immediately. By consenting at checkout to immediate delivery and beginning to download or use the software, you acknowledge that you waive the statutory 14-day withdrawal right that would otherwise apply to distance purchases of digital content (EU Consumer Rights Directive art. 16(m) and equivalent rules, including the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation).

3. Statutory withdrawal rights

Where the law of your country grants a withdrawal right that has not been validly waived — for example, the 14-day right for buyers in the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Türkiye, or shorter windows in some other countries — that right is honoured. It applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment of a subscription; renewals are generally excluded. Paddle applies these rules based on your jurisdiction.

4. How to request a refund

  • Use the link in your Paddle receipt email (fastest), or
  • write to info@radarwfp.com with your order number and we'll route it to Paddle.

Refund decisions are made under Paddle's refund policy; card disputes are handled by Paddle.

5. Subscriptions & renewals

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues to the end of the paid period. There is no automatic pro-rata refund for the remainder of a period. Renewal payments are not covered by the withdrawal right (with narrow statutory exceptions).

6. Refunds & your license

A fully refunded purchase undoes the sale: the associated license is revoked and the software will stop validating. Partial or goodwill refunds do not affect access.
