1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website (https://radarwfp.com), operated by Bilge Can Gürer ("Radar WFP", "we"). Three documents can apply to you, each with its own job:

  • These site terms: the website itself.
  • Each product's end-user license agreement (EULA): your use of the software.
  • Paddle's buyer terms: your purchase, presented at checkout.

The binding terms for a product are published on that product's own website and in its EULA. Information about a product on this site is general; where it differs from that product's own terms, the product's own terms prevail.

2. Software sales & Paddle

Our software products are presented on this site but sold on each product's own website. Purchases are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record: legally, Paddle sells the product to you, and Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy apply to the transaction. Your invoice comes from Paddle.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles order, invoicing and refund enquiries; technical support for the product itself comes from us.

This website does not operate a checkout, hold payment details, or process orders.

3. Licenses & EULAs

Each application is licensed, not sold. The license terms for a product are in that product's EULA, shown during installation or on the product's website. Where a purchase includes license activation, activation is limited to the terms stated for that product (for example, the number of devices).

4. Using this website

Rights in the content of this site (text, imagery, the portfolio, and brand assets) rest with Bilge Can Gürer and the other rights holders concerned; a portfolio item can also involve clients, photographers, designers, or third-party marks. Showing content here grants no permission to use it: none of it may be reproduced without the permission of the rights holder. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep the information on it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Bilge Can Gürer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability relating to a purchased product falls outside these terms and is governed by two separate documents: payment, order and refund handling by Paddle's buyer terms, and use of the software and technical matters by that product's own EULA.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are acting as a consumer, you keep the rights given to you by any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live that cannot be set aside by agreement; this clause does not limit or remove those rights. Where a dispute relates to a purchase, payment, order and refund handling are dealt with under Paddle's buyer terms, while use of the software, product defects, activation and technical support are dealt with under that product's own EULA.
